Tonight I saw the interview of Dr. hayden kho’s mother on ABS-CBN it was almost a 15minute interview of nothing but a voice of a mother who’s disparate on the case of her son.

I can’t remember the name of Hayden kho’s dearest mother but she is entirely insane just like her son, I don’t mean to hurt anyone but she clearly divert everything into a different issue, for GOD sake, The issue here is not him being humiliated by showbiz and/or senator Bong Revilla, the issue here is his son recording an intimate moment with other girls without consent of the girl involve.

Call him a playboy or call belo, halili and maricar a slut it doesn’t matter, they are not minors and no one have the right to tell them who they want to share their intimacy coz the issue is not him being a playboy or them being a slut.

The issue here is him taping the whole sex escapade “Without Permission”, her mother refer Lolit Solis as the master mind of this whole scripted act of Katrina halili, and even Bong Revilla who over humiliated her son Dr. Hayden Kho, but what do she want them to do? Close their mouth and let Katrina Halili do all things without support?

They choose a side, and her mom also chooses a side and that's to support her own son (that’s natural for someone who believes too much on that bible she handles the entire interview.) your son is not a child he must be responsible of every single thing he is doing, let him be punished and pay for his sin.

Her mom keeps on defending her son as a good person since kinder, elementary etc etc even try to telling everybody to ask her son’s teachers, friends and everyone, but no one cares to those statements… coz people change.

People can disguise, man or women can play that role, just like what Katrina halili stated

Her mom doesn’t know the reality of life, she is completely insane and mentally immature, at least that’s what I saw from the news.

I’m very sorry for his mother doing all that for her son’s sake, an act of desperation but an image of a mother who completely blinded by her son’s act and true form.

Few Moments later Lolit Solit reply on GMA 7 it was the same moment of typing this article and coincidentally we share the same idea of what his mom is all about.

Last Few weeks I reported his paypal account and scandal releases has been delayed for 2 weeks that was also the time when he was planning to release the hayden scandals, and I don't have any idea that it would be his last post on the net.

Bong revilla condemn hayden kho for his unlawful act unrespectful and insane doings infront of the senate, as I saw the news on TV I was 95% chances are this everythingscandalous would be in trouble sooner.

may friend who's a law student on a university told me that

cult master don't know the risk of puting his URL on every scandal he upload, and the risk slaps his face too much that he can not handle so he decided to run away before they caught him.

I'm not sure if he would make another one or continue the everythingscandalous.org after the hayden kho case ceases.

6 Big Myths about copyright (For bloggers.)

Blogger and Journalist are different in terms of knowledge and awareness, Journalist knows all the legal matters specially the rights to privacy and they all knew everything about copyrighted images and plagiarism.

Plagiarism is an act of ‘claiming’ a copyrighted works, if an individual got a copy of any copyrighted work without permission but didn’t claim them as theirs it would never be an act of plagiarism, it would be a violation of copyright law.

Bloggers on the other hand are complicated itself a blogger can be anyone including children they might have lock of awareness towards everything and it has always been the main problem on blogging communities.

Copying and embedding images became tolerable as long as you don’t earn from them, such as personal journals and diaries as long as you share your traffic to them by including a link back.

One reason why it is tolerable is in fact explained by Brad Templeton on the very last paragraph of this article.

But on the other hand if an individual owns a blog which was well monetized then it only means that they already know what they are doing, leaning how to monetize their site means "ignorance is not an excuse".

But selling them is not or even near under the terms of Fair Use, damage to the commercial value of the work must be consider at all means, this includes posting them online for free but profiting by the use of advertising such as adsense.

Everythingscandalous.org was also the original and known as everythingscandalous.blogspot.com, I can't remember when was the exact time he changed his domain, I don’t know the real reason but my deduction was he has been kicked out by blogspot for violating their content policy, under “PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY” and “UNLAWFUL USE OF SERVICES”.

PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY:
Pornography and Obscenity: Image and video content that contains nudity, sexually graphic material, or material that is otherwise deemed explicit by Google should be made private. Otherwise, we may put such content behind an interstitial.

Pedophilia, Incest and Bestiality: Users may not publish written, image or video content that promotes pedophilia, incest and bestiality.

Commercial Pornography: We do not allow content that exists for the primary purpose of monetizing porn content or driving traffic to a monetized pornography site.

He claim that he hired someone to build him one? Yep, last week I reported everythingscandalous site on paypal for violating their user agreement and even use their service to promote paypal affiliate links posted on “a chance for you to earn money.” Paypal never tolerate anyone who use their service for illegal act and online gambling, it was stated under user agreement.

Once again he lied, he claims that he has a very serious family problem and expect an awesome and shocking scandals once he came back, the truth is he can’t post them coz his paypal has been frozen and all his transaction is uncertain.

Godaddy.com also has a right to Terminate a Service (which I knew that this is the place where he registered his new domain).

We all knew how much Floyd Mayweather SR. trash talks Freddie Roach and keeps on creating useless kids poem (like he thinks his age will decrease by doing those things), we can not ask him to "come on men, grow up" coz he is already on his peak.

I should not write these things here but I am pissed off on his attitude after watching all four parts of HBO 24/7 including the overtime Special plus the conference, and I feel sorry on Ricky hatton coz not only that floyd put him on shame but also paid him for being a lazy, unprofessional trainer who talks too much with poor sportsmanship.

First, He didn't teach Hatton the defense instead he make him tougher, could they weight how much tough he needs if the both of them don't know how hard many pacquiao's punch? Yeah he could be over tough but there is no tough person who could stand until the end if he continuously receives punches. (That's unprofessional.).

Second, How could you pay for a trainer who's always Late? Being an athlete comes with a word ‘Discipline' and it always being a part of punctuality, 20 miles away from the gym is not an excuse. (That's Laziness).

Third, He doesn't accompany Ricky to the ring, it's like saying "Hey don't put your name on me ok? We are not that close", just like how he insult Ricky's Hometown, saying
